Step 1. Preparing the wall

For this, you should clean and wipe the wall with a damp cloth. Wiping clean the wall should ensure that there is no dirt settled on the surface and the adhesive can properly adhere to the wall.

Step 2. Marking directions

The markers should help you decide the orientation and correct placement of every repeat, especially if you are using patterns or motifs for your decor.

For instance, if you’re using a vertical striped wallpaper, you’d want all the stripes to be parallel to each other. Placing the repeats wrongly would make the stripes intersect with each other, which could ruin your fine art.

Step 3. Placing the first piece of the puzzle

The only difficult step is hanging the first piece of the puzzle – the first wallpaper sheet.

You’ll need to align it as close to the directions and border marks, as possible. Once your first piece is hung, the rest is just repeating it over and over, again and again.
