1. I was always very skinny. I always wanted to gain weight, until one day my metabolism slowed down and I gained a lot in 6 months. Now I am struggling to lose weight, haha. Who would have thought? So I am grateful for this challenge and maybe I can even motivate myself to join in 🙂

  2. I have had similar thoughts. But I don’t anymore. I will be healthier and must realize that if I want to maintain I will have to workout every single (or alternating) day of the rest of my life.
