My name is Kirsty and I blog about lifestyle, fitness, beauty, parenting, business, finance, and a personal passion of mine; mental health.

I live in a little town called Malvern with my son Zak and my partner, Rick.

I am a gaming fanatic, I’m not generally a girly girl. I’d rather sit in with a few of my best ones, drink a few cold ones, and game all night. My personal favourites are World of Warcraft and Diablo. I also love doing up our little home, although I’ve not gotten very far as of yet!
